Abstract

The new professional farmers are an important human resource support for our modern agricultural development,cultivating the new professional farmers is an inevitable strategic choice for our agricultural modernization and building a moderately prosperous society,and also is the most important task of the Sannong.The authors describe the concepts and features of the new professional farmers,discuss the practical significance of speeding up cultivating new professional farmers in this stage,and propose the ideas and measures of promoting the new professional farmers' cultivation for local governments.
