Abstract
The computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to simulate the 3-D two-phase(gas-solid) flow of cyclone separator.According to the different internal flow simulation of different structural parameters(exhaust pipe diameter,tailpipes insert depth and the relative size of cone and cylinder) of cyclone separator,the paper gets cyclone separator optimum structure parameters,gives the dynamic and static pressure,3-D velocity distribution of the optimal structure parameters of cyclone separator.
