Abstract
Objectives To investigate the effects and security of tibolone administrated to the postmenopausal women with genitourinary infections Methods Tibolone were given orally to the 30 postmenopausal women with genitourinary infections at the dose of 2 5mg per day The symptoms of genitourinary tracts were observed at 2 and4 weeks, then the eudiometrical situation on 3 and 6 months after administration Results Tibolone in treating recurrent genitourinary infections is obviously effective Conclusions Tibolone is effective in treating recurrent genitourinary infections with fewer side effects
