On Human Development and the Value of Human Basic Stipulation

The human development and value realization are two very important aspects of the problem of the human being,which have been treated as two independent aspects of the human being.The author holds that this is not conducive to the profound research of the human′s development and value realization.To solve the unity of the human development and value realization,it is the primary problem to be solved to investigate theoretically the basic stipulation of the human development and value realization.The practical meaning of the human development stated in Marxism is that various roles and capabilities of each person as a human being are brought into all-round,free,sufficient and coordinated play,and the human value is the active meaning produced actually by the real personal existence and activity for other people,other things and the existence and development of the human being himself.
