Effect of Different Vernalization Treatment on Phenotypic Traits of Vicia faba

[Method]To explore the factors affecting phenotypic traits of vicia faba.[Method]Using Tongxian 2 as experimental material,designed experiment and statistic analysis results were done though two factors split plot experiment under the different vernalization temperature and time. [Result] The results showed that the branch number was increased gradually with raising vernalization temperature and delaying time; the total pods was increased gradually with reducing vernalization temperature and delaying time. [Conclusion]The study provided theoretical basis for the application of the technology of artificial vernalization of vicia faba sprouts seedlings.
