Abstract

Acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ALI/ARDS)is common among severe diseases in clinic.Despite progress in treatment,it is caused by more etiology with high mortality.Sepsis is the main cause of death in critically ill patients,as well as being the main cause of ALI.Although the research of the mechanism in ALI/ARDS has been studied more,we yet can not understand its exact mechanism.In this article,we will expatiate the mechanism of ALI induced by sepsis.
