Abstract
This paper discusses the principle of π/4-DQPSK modulation and demodulation and its application in data transmission technique on underwater acoustics modem.By using TI's TMS320VC5416 chip,the project realized the data transmission technology on underwater acoustics modem in simulation based on the system environment of DSP hardware environment.It resolves several key problems in DSP algorithm such as π/4-DQPSK modulation and demodulation.With the solutions to the problems,it has debugged the entire communication system.The debugging result testifies that it works well for the algorithm of π/4-DQPSK modulation and demodulation applied in data transmission technology on underwater acoustics modem.It can be a dependable modulation method for practical system data transmission.
