Circular Economy and Developing Measures

Abstract
The development history, basic conception and 3R principle of circular economy were introduced. Especially the main measures to develop circular economy in our country were expatiated. The measures include: publicizing intensively the conception and knowledge of circular economy, reducing excessive packaging of products during manufacturing and recycling, developing and industrializing the environment-friendly technology such as cleaner production and resource recovery technique of waste, restructuring industries and developing eco-industry. It is pointed out the urgency of developing circular economy in China.
