Abstract
With the rapid development of molecular quantitative genetics, the QTL mapping of crop complex quantitative traits, especially economic traits, has made great progress in these years. This promotes the genetic improvement and molecular manipulation of those complex quantitative traits.Research progress in crop quantitative trait loci within the last two decades is summarized based on the construction of molecular marker linkage map,QTL mapping methods and effect analysis,QTL fine mapping, verification and application in this paper.Problems existing in QTL analysis are discussed and its development is envisaged.
