Abstract

Aplastic anemia(AA)is one of the bone marrow failure diseases.It was found that some AA cases were with risks to evolute to malignant or clonal diseases.The mechanism of the evolution might include hematopoietic stem cell defection,marrow microenvironent disorder,treatment interferes and so on.
