Abstract

This paper analyzes on the influence of the new information environment on the structure of literature resources, the strategy of literature resources construction and purchasing model of literature resources, the evaluation of literature resources quality and the distribution of the funds, and probes into the countermeasures for university library to do well the literature resources construction under the new information environment.
