Abstract
Objective:To elucidate the mechanism of ultraviolet(UV) radiation on subcutaneous ecchymosis. Methods:After replicating the subcutaneous ecchymosis models of dogs, the ecchymosis was radiated with UV erythema to observe the alteration of blood fibrinolytic system and the duration of ecchymosis absorption. Results:After UV radiation, the blood fibrinolytic system was activated, there wasn't changed without UV radiation dogs.If the UV erythema was inhibited or decreased, the ecchymosis absorption was also delayed. Conclusion:The finding shows that the mechanism of UV radiation to ecchymosis is mainly the UV erythema reaction.
