Clinical Observation of Shenfu Injection in 63 cases of Elderly Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris. Methods In our hospital in 2010 March ～2013 year in February 120 cases of elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients as research subjects, were randomly divided into treatment group of 63 cases and 57 cases in the control group, the treatment group was treated with Shenfu injection treatment in the control group conventional treatment, the treatment period for 4 weeks, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results After 1 courses of treatment the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=8.057, P0.01), with statistical significance. The treatment group 2 cases of headache, 1 cases of oral ulcer; the control group 3 cases of headache. Conclusion Shenfu Injection in treatment of elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve the clinical efficacy, is worthy of popularization and application
