New Exploration of the Management of Growing Cadre Students of the Military Academy

According to the actual management status of the growing cadre students in the new era,the new situation,new problems and new contradictions that emerge among the leaders,administrators and cadets in the cadet management in military academy are analyzed.Looking ahead,some development trends of cadet management are viewed.Firstly,the trend of mode is transforming to the system of cadet brigade.Secondly,the target is to get integrated into the personnel training target.Finally,the perspectives are the conversion to all aspects and full integration.With the view to the innovation of the cadet management in the system of the cadet brigade,some measures and methods are presented,including fostering the management idea that keeps pace with the times,establishing the new management mode that adapts to the system of the cadet brigade and increasing the depth and breadth of s the cadet management.
