Abstract

Constitutional government is closely related to modern democratic politics.It is a historical state of democratic politics in a certain state and shares commonality with democratic politics.Ideas on social contracts are the theoretical basis for democratic and constitutional ideas.While sharing the common goal of safeguarding human’ rights,constitutional movement uplifts the connotation of democratic politics and becomes mutually interdependent with democratic politics.
