Abstract
Objective:To discuss the relaitionship of the fracture of the orbital floor with the displacement of related soft tissue. Methods:15 patients of the orbitozygomatic fractures companying with the fracture of the orbital floor and the displacement of related soft tissue were scaned by MSCT. The fracture surface of the orbital floor and related displaced soft tissue volume were assessed by the Simplant analytic software and compared statistically. The fracture shape was saved in the form of the STL file. Results:The mean fracture surface of the orbital floor was 4.64±0.77cm2. The mean displaced soft tissue volume at the orbital floor was 2.58±1.33cm3. The correlation between them was y=1.18602x-2.929,R=0.683. Conclusion:The relationship of the fracture of the orbital floor with the displacement of related soft tissue is a linear equation.
