Status Quo of Football Player's Quality Measurement and Appraisal (Literature Summary)

The idea of football player's quality training is emphasized at present in many nations. Connected with the quality training, the study of football player's quality measurement and appraisal is becoming significant. Through the summary of relative literatures domestic and abroad, the status quo of the study and research of football player's quality is described in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods concerning with football player's measurement and appraisal are also compared and this provides important references for the coaches and researchers in their football player training instruction and research.
