Abstract

Objective To discuss the curative effect of sodium hyaluronate in prevention of ankylenteron after cesarean section. Methods 80 patients undergoing caesarean section from january 2011 to january 2012 in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group,which use sodium hyaluronic acid gel,and the control group,which use the conventional treatment.The intestinal adhesion and the number of positive cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction between two groups were compared by X-ray plain film of abdomen. Results The incidence of intestinal adhesion in the treatment group(2.5%) was significantly lower than the control group(27.5%),and the treatment group with no occurrence of adhesive intestinal obstruction,4 cases of control group was significantly less than that of the two group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel for the prevention of intestinal adhesion,cesarean section after the effect is remarkable,and no obvious side effect,is worthy of clinical use.
