Abstract

Objective To study the diagnosis and prognosis of primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET).Method Observing 30 cases of PNET and detection by immunohistochemistry.Result 30 cases show Vimentin,NSE,CD99 positive,21 cases had Homer-Wright rosettes. Conclusion PNET is a high malignant tumor. The prognosis has improved in the modern era of treatment and genetics.
