Abstract

On the basis of the operation requirements and operation conditions of high speed freight car bogies, the main technical parameters of 160 km/h high speed freight car bogies are determined; the integrally welded frame type bogies with bolsters are put forward, and the main structures are described; with the combination of results in static strength, fatigue test and on-line dynamics test on bogies, the conclusion that the bogie design be fairly successful is obtained.
