Abstract
Biocompatibility of root canal disinfectants and root canal filling materials used in endodontic therapy attracts increasing attention. Cytotoxicity of materials have been successfully used in evaluation of material′s biocompatibility. This is a review about cytotoxicity of root canal irrigants, intracanal medicaments, root canal filling materials, root canal filling materials and perforation repair materials.
