Abstract

Experiment teaching staff is an important force for college talents cultivation,making itteam professionlization,younger in average age and well educated is an urgent need for university modernization and high quality talents cultivation.Based on the analysis of the situation and exsiting problems,the three goals is an essential condition for experiment teaching staff in colleges and universities.Therefore,the construction of high-level experiment teaching staff is deeply discussed and studied.
