Clinical Application of Little Dose Defibrinogenase to Angina Pectoris

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect and safety of little dose defibrinogenase on patients with angina pectoris. Methods Forty cases received the little dose deribrinogenase by intravenous drips, other forty-six cases were control group. In order to judge the efficacy and safety of defibrinogenase, angina pectoris, ECG, live function, renal function and coagulation were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 82.50%, but in control group was 63.04%, there was significantly different (P0.01), and it had no side effect on live and renal function. Conclusions Little dose defibrinogenase is effective and safe on patients with angina pectoris.
