Abstract
Induction heating is an effective method for the brazing of metal tube.Cu/Al pipe induction brazing process was numerically simulated,using the method of electromagnetic/thermal coupled calculation with finite element analysis software.The research of temperature contribution on the induction heating zone through different parameters show that the mean temperature of induction heating zone is almost linear with applied current and frequency,and decreases with the increasing of the coil space and the distance between the coil and the specimen.The comparison show that the results of numerical simulation are consistent with the measured results,providing a scientific basis for the selecting of the welding process.
