Abstract
The development of man is linked each other and restricted each other with sustainable development Under the prerequisite of sustainable development and under the objective circumstances, exploring the development of man should not only bring the factor of single man and society into consideration hilt also the factor of nature. So sustainable development brings new connotations to the development of man, such as ecological consciousness global consciousness creative consciousness To realize the sustainable development of man and society, we should carry out systems engineering through which education as the fundamental way while family and society as the subsidiary way.
