"Seriousness" of New Literature and "Post-seriousness" of Contemporary Literature

In this paper,the seriousness of new literature put forward by Zhu Zi-qing is again expounded as well as various literary forms that have been superior to this concept.In addition,the historical development of new literature is explored and the differences of configuration of literature in the new century are surveyed.In conclusion,contemporary literature has surpassed the basic structure and tradition ofnew literatureinto a literary age ofpost-seriousness.
