Combinative treatment of chronic renal failure with alprostadil and shenkang injection

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Alprostadil and Shenkang in the treatment of chronic rend failure(CRF). Methods: 86 cases of CRF patients were randomly divided into two-group:A group(43 patients) were treatmented with routine therapy;B group(43 patients),Alprostadil and Shenkang Injection was adopted in B group,contrast the concentration of the serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hours urinary protein(Upro),arylesterase(ArE)and serum lipid,lipoprotein before and after the treatment. Results: There are markedly difference between the A group and B group in whether clinical sympotoms,physical signs or biomedical indexes. Conclusion: Alprostadil and Shenkang Injection has an abvious therapeutic effect on CRF.
