Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction on patients with fatty liver identified as spleen week liver depression , sputum and stasis mutually block.Methods 140 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. 80 patients identified as spleen week and liver depression, sputum and stasis mutually block in the treatment group were administrated varied combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction. 60 patients in the control group were given Pantething and Vitamin C tablet 0.2 gram and 0.1 gram respectively each time, three times a day. Vitamin E was given 0.1 gram each day. The effect was observed after one month in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 78.75% and 43.33% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Varied combination erchen decoction with xuefuzhuyu decoction have a definite effect on patients with fatty liver identified as spleen week and liver depression, sputum and stasis mutually block.
