Abstract
Objective To explore pediatric hydrocele and inguinal hernia surgical treatment.Methods 580 cases of children with hydrocele and inguinal hernia in patients with surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results 580 cases of children with hydrocele and inguinal hernia in children,respectively,by laparoscopy(278 cases) and surgery(302 cases) after the treatment,cure of 499 cases,58 cases improved,and 23 cases,total effective rate of 96.03%.Conclusion Surgical treatment of children with hydrocele and inguinal hernia is the ideal method of treatment,local trauma,fewer complications,low recurrence rate and other characteristics of the effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
