Abstract

As the most important opportunistic pathogenic yeast in modern medicine,Candida albicans threat seriously to the lives of patients.Fluconazole,as the drug of first choice,has been used widely in the treatment of Candida infections.It could increase the chance of the antifungal resistance in Candida albicans.This article focused on the progress of fluconazole-resistant mechanisms.
