Abstract
New development of economics and society results in new challenges to the ideological political work.The reform of the college tutor work is not only for the challenge but also the requirements of college quality education.The thesis puts forward the idea that the centre of college students' education work should shift from college to the students,which reflect the person-orientation spirit and the service function of college.
