Abstract
The process control of CSP ladle of Jiuquan IronSteel Group Ltd.was investigated in this paper.It showed that temperature drop of static ladle's inside wall was 1℃/min and temperature drop of static ladle's outside wall was 0.4℃/min.The temperature difference between inside wall and outside wall get bigger from ladle bottom,to wall and to slag lining.The temperature drop of molten steel increases with the increase in the service lives of ladle and ladle's slag lining bricks.It was beneficial to ladle's circulation and administration by reducing the ladle's cycle time and cycle quantity.
