Abstract

The chain transfer and termination of vinyl acetate offen occur in polymerizatoin,so living/controlled radical polymerization of vinyl acetate is a large chanllenge.Different controlled radical polymerizations of vinyl acetate were summarized in this paper.Among these methods,RAFT mediated by xanthate and dithiocarbamate, cobalt mediated radical polymerization reallize the living/controlled radical polymerization of vinyl acetate.
