On Vocational Skill Training System and Mechanism

In China,the shortage of skilled workers and backward vocational training has seriously impacted on enterprises development,industrial upgrading and social development. In order to realize rapidly and effective development of vocational training,the vocational training system led by the government,with enterprises as the main body,colleges as platforms,with broad participation of trade unions and various training agents should be improved.
