Abstract
The simulation analysis model of hydraulic lifting mechanism consisting of four parallel connecting rods was built to carry out the dynamic analysis with ADAMS software.Then taking the hinge points of the hydraulic cylinder as design variables,the maximum lifting force as an objective,the design of experiments was processed by ADAMS software.Finally,a series of plots describing the effect of the variable horizontal distance of fulcrums between the piston rod and the cylinder on the maximum lifting force were obtained.The maximum lifting force of the hydraulic cylinder increased as the horizontal distance of fulcrums between the piston rod and the cylinder went wide.The cylinder stroke was affected by the fulcrum sites of the cylinder while the horizontal distance of fulcrums between the piston rod and the cylinder kept constant.The longer the horizontal distance of fulcrums between the cylinder was and the lower the connecting rod was,the longer the cylinder stroke would be.
