Clinical Observation of Fuqu Cream in Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effect of Fuqu cream in treating atopic dermatitis.Methods 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of trial group received Fuqu cream or Fuqu cream with Siqikang, the controlled received keno comb cream. The course of therapy was 3 weeks. Results The complete respond rate of Fuqu cream group was 43.33%,61.54%, overall responder rate was 80%,92.31%,which was higher than that of the controlled group.The adverse reaction was mild. After Fuqu cream with Siqikang,the recur rate apparent reduce than Fuqu cream only. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Fuqu cream is good.After Fuqu cream with Siqikang,the overall responder rate is higher.
