Abstract

Objective To discuss the relationship between the spleen deficiency syndrome and the content change of somatostatin(SS),gastrin(Gas) and cholecystokinin(CCK) in serum and gastric tissue. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, spleen deficiency model group,Sijunzi group, radix hedysari polysaccharide group, except that the normal control group were given distilled water, the rest groups were manufactured spleen deficiency model 21 days continuously. And the22th days normal control group and spleen deficiency model group were drawn blood and were taken stomach tissue to prepare specimen-and save them into-20℃. Sijunzi decoction group and radix hedysari polysaccharide group were respectively given intragastric infusion of Sijunzi decoction and intragastric infusion of radix hedysari polysaccharide for 7 days continuously, the 28th days, deal with these two groups same as normal control groups and spleen deficience model groups. Using euzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method to deficiency the content of SS,Gas and CCK in the serum and the gastric tissue of specimens. Results The content of SS and CCK were significantly lower(P 0. 01) in the serum but higher in the gastric tissue of the group of spleen deficiency rats than normal control group, the content of Gas were significantly lower than normal control group(P 0. 01); While Sijunzi decoction and radix hedysari polysaccharide can make the content of SS and CCK significantly reduced in the gastric tissue, but increased in the serum, and make the content of Gas significantly increased in the serum and gastric tissue of spleen deficiency rats, this has statistically significant(P 0. 01) comparing with spleen deficiency model group. Conclusion The secretion level disorder of SS,Gas and CCK is one of the main reasons to lead to the occurrence of rat spleen deficiency syndrome.
