Contradictions and Countermeasures of the Income Distribution System in China from the Perspective of the Harmonious Society

The income gap has affected the process of constructing a harmonious society.Problems of income allocation exist in key element disparity,residents' overall income,urban and rural income,industry income,unreasonable income gap and tax system.Therefore,the distribution with the prior consideration for work,an organic unity between efficiency and fairness,equal development of both urban and rural areas,the innovation of monopolized area,the improvement of tax system,the improvement of the social security system should be emphasized to consummate our country income distribution system.
