Abstract
Toxicity of nine fungicides to Fusarium verticillioide and Fusarium graminearum were tested by toxic media method in lab and control experiment was also conducted in the field. Control efficacy and treatment application of chemical and biological fungicide to corn ear rot were comprehensive evaluated. The result of toxicity indicated that Difenoconazole and Thiophanate-methyl showed strong toxicity against Fusarium graminearum, Thiophanate-methyl, Difenoconazole showed strong toxicity against Fusarium verticillioides. The results of field control indicated that the control efficacies of Iprodione and Jingangmeisu were 92.3% and 80.64%, and control efficacy of spraying fungicides after inoculation, was better than that of inoculation after spraying fungicides.
