Abstract
In this paper,applation actuality of New Food Additive Green Tea Polyphenols was simply described,and a new indirect method for determining Green Tea Polyphenols by atomic absorption spectrometry is studied. The basis is Green Tea Polyphenols could react with Pb 2+ and lead to yellow precipitate.The precipitate is centrifuged to subside,the Pb 2+ in supernatant is determined by AAS,and the concentration of Green Tea Polyphenols is obtained.
