Problems in Overall Planning of Urban and Rural Economic Development and Their Solutions

The Central Government has made some major strategies of overall-planning urban and rural economic development.How to balance the urban and rural relationship over the economic development correctly is a very important problem that should be solved by the Government urgently now.If we want to change the urban and rural economic unbalance currently,we have to break through the dualistic structure of our national urban and rural economy,make an overall plan and take all factors into consideration,and ensure coordinated and balanced program of development.This paper proposes,based on the analysis on the existing problems in the overall planning of urban and rural economic development in China,some thoughts and solutions of promoting the overall planning of urban and rural economic development.
