The Problems with the Distribution by the Production Elements and the Ways to Improve it

Abstract

It is an objective request to distribute according to the production elements to develop the socialism market economy, but the system of this distribution by the production elements is just starting. The distribution by the other elements is still low and there are many problems with it. The reason lies in the institutional insufficiency. Therefore, we must perfect the distributional system by the production element in socialism market economy.
