Abstract
This paper analyzes the present situation of the country residential building energy consumption.It puts forward the suggestion which inclueles adopting the building energy saving technology to fit the country in Zhejiang and adjusting renewable energy measures according to local conditions,so that the residential building energy consumption in the country can be reduced consumedly.
