Abstract

Objective To investigate the correlation between HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with serum HBV DNA and liver tissue inflammation. Methods A total of 150 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into 83 cases of HBeAg-positive and 67 cases of HBeAg-negative,to comparatively analyze the serum levels of HBV DNA and liver inflammation classification of two groups. Results The age of the HBeAg-positive group, the course of the disease are significantly smaller than the HBeAg-negative group(P 0.05),HBeAg-positive serum ALT levels and HBV DNA is significantly higher than HBeAg-negative group(P 0.05).Different grading of inflammation in HBeAg-positive CHB patients with serum HBV DNA quantitative range and the average differences was statistically significant(P 0.05),but by no correlation(P 0.05),HBeAg-negative CHB patients with serum HBV DNA quantitative and liver. The grade of inflammation was positively correlated(P 0.05).Conclusion HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with serum HBV DNA in liver inflammation characteristics are different, the serum HBV DNA quantification will help to determine the severity of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B.
