Abstract
Objective To optimize the condition for expression of recombinant human interleukin-31(rhIL-31). Methods Recombinant E. coli with plasmid pET32a / rhIL-31 was induced at various temperatures with IPTG at different concentrations for different hours, and the expressed protein was identified by SDS-PAGE. Results The expression level of rhIL-31 reached a peak value after the recombinant E. coli was induced with 1. 5 mmol / L IPTG at 37℃ for 5 h. Conclusion The condition for expression of rhIL-31 was preliminarily optimized.
