Research on Corporate Entrepreneurship in Enterprises Clusters Environment——Impact of Network Resources and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Firm Performance

As environments become more complex and dynamic,more firms adopt corporate entrepreneurship strategy for sustained competitive advantage.However,most research neglected the increasing importantly role of network resources on corporate entrepreneurship activities.Particularly in enterprises clusters environment,it is difficult to explain the antecedents and consequences of corporate entrepreneurship only considering internal factors and industrial environmental factors.Based on networks perspective,this paper compared three options of resources acquisition,argued that the unique network resource was underlying reasons that corporate entrepreneurship activities benefit from enterprises clusters;then,explored the relation of network resources and entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance.At last,drawing on a database of clusterd enterprises in Zhejiang Province,the results show that firm's performance was positively influenced by EO and network resources individually,network resources strengthened the relationship between EO and performance.
