Abstract
In accordance with the general law of the evolution of industrial structure and with the development of economy,the proportion of tertiary industry in the national economy is growing higher and higher.The develop-ment history of the tertiary industry in Liaoning Province is reviewed and the relationship between the tertiary industry and other industries as well as internal structure of the tertiary industry are analyzed.It is concluded that the sustainable development of the tertiary industry should be developed on the basis of the development of the primary and secondary industries in the process of the development of the tertiary industry,paying attention to the reasonableness of internal structure and preventing blindfold development.
