Abstract

The methodological value of scientific outlook on development has realistic meaning in carrying out the scientific concept on development into reality.The values are shown in the following aspects : the conception of keeping pace with times,the core ideas of people-oriented,the system application of widespread contact,the basic method of overall consideration.
