The Process Control of Building Projects Safety Supervision

With the State Department′s promulgating of the Construction Safety Management Regulations,the business scope of supervision has changed from the previous three controlling,two regulating,one coordinating into four controlling,two regulating,one coordinating.The supervision units have become the technology supervisors of construction safety production.To do the safety supervision work well,we must recognize and understand the factors which affect the construction safety process,identify security risk,find potential hazards in time,and understand the responsibility of construction safety supervision and the ways and means of the safety supervision.
