Abstract

This paper,which based on the current situation of the development of airport logistics and Hangzhou,uses SWOT analysis to analyze Hangzhou airport logistics by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of other airports. This analysis includes strength analysis,weakness analysis,opportunity analysis and threats analysis. At last,we recommend the SWOT matrix. So we put forward appropriate development strategies and specific tactics in order to provide practical significance to the government
